2) What data we collect
FlashCardEasy is designed to work without creating an account. We do not require sign-up and we do not collect personal data through app accounts.
- Local app data: Your flashcards, lists, and related content are stored locally on your device. We do not automatically upload this content to our servers.
- Anonymous Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostics ONLY to identify bugs and improve app stability. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
- Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you relevant updates or reminders. You can opt-out of these notifications at any time through your device settings.
3) Subscriptions and Payments
If you choose to purchase a PRO subscription or downloadable content, the payment is processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage your purchase entitlements. We do not have access to your credit card information or personal billing details.
4) Downloadable Content
We use Firebase Storage to host and deliver downloadable word lists and dictionaries. When you download these items, your device connects to Firebase servers to retrieve the files securely.
5) Third-party services
We use the following third-party services which may collect anonymous data to function properly:
- Apple / Google Play (for processing payments)
- RevenueCat (for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions)
- Firebase Crashlytics (for anonymous crash reporting)

6) Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising purposes.
7) Data retention and deletion

FlashCardEasy is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
